The packaging and item was very nice. I loved the necklace.

It doesn’t lay flat on my neck
Received in a timely manner. The chain was a lot chunkier than expected but still cute. Received a lot of positive comments. a different kind of closure would have been better. The lobster claw and chain allow the chain to twist while wearing thereby distorting the letters.
